Sequin Thomas

Sequin Thomas was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He is pursuing an Aerospace Engineering and Robotics pathway with a focus on geospatial intelligence at West Los Angeles College, where he is a member of the Honors Program and works as both a Lab Technician and Embedded Tutor. This semester, Sequin joined Dr. Gutierrez’s group to build a strong research foundation, recognizing that computational research offers powerful applications in aerospace systems and geospatial intelligence. He plans to transfer to the University of California, Irvine to continue his studies in aerospace engineering, with the long-term goal of advancing robotics and space technology. In his free time, he enjoys tennis, equestrian, 3D printing, and gaming.
