Jane I. Okafor

Jane Okafor was born and raised in Sacramento, California. She attends Cosumnes River College and plans to transfer to a UC to major in Molecular Biology or Biochemistry. She hopes to pursue a career in research and attend graduate school. She joined Dr. Gutierrez’s lab through Dr. Miller’s Research in Chemistry course at Sacramento City College in hopes to build on her foundation in organic chemistry. She spends her free time writing, listening to music, and going on walks.
